One Randolph answer inside a four-location base

These towns are grouped because the measured mornings end at Randolph. Joint Base San Antonio also includes Lackland, Fort Sam Houston, and Camp Bullis. Camp Bullis is more than 27,000 acres in Bexar County, northwest of San Antonio, with its own 24/7 gate, including the federal holidays listed for Fort Sam Houston.
